Error "code": 4700, While executing API for Chat message

Hello Team,

While executing API for Chat message, we are getting below error. we are using Admin account for executing API’s

Please advise, how this can be fixed.

I am really sorry for the late response.
Make sure to add the Edit Chat messages privileges to the Admin Role as well.

This can be done by going to Admin Tab > User management > Roles, click on the role Admin
and in the Role Settings tab make sure that the Chat messages feature is enabled
