I called the session API but encountered a timeout error.

Caould you please try to call the endpoint again with the same session id.
I can see the session on our end and it does seem to exist so if you could try again and share the results with me please

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we’re not able to call the API again at this time.
Could you please help us check why the API call made at GMT: Monday, 27 October 2025 06:03:22.437 resulted in a timeout?

We’d like to understand what might have caused the issue on your side during that specific request.

I understand and would love to help here.
Would you happen to have the tracking ID of the request? I will try to escalate this with the information you shared but if you could get me the tracking ID that would be ideal ( ZSEE-185333 internal ticket number for reference)
