Our guests are experiencing an error when attempting to join Zoom meetings. They are sporadically encountering an error message requiring them to solve a reCAPTCHA to verify themselves. However, this seems incongruent as they are API users or guests, and such verification seems unnecessary.
We have identified a forum thread discussing the exact problem we are facing: Forum Thread: You have been limited by Zoom verify reCAPTCHA and try again
The error message our guests receive is “You have been limited by Zoom verify reCAPTCHA and try again.”
Interestingly, if the same user tries again with the same credentials, they are able to join the meeting successfully.
