Error when requesting the Access token

when I request the access token from : https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/chat-messages/sendachatmessage
it open an new window and give me this error
Invalid client_id: 1gkkjmaMGsPc6GDhVJ4OJhRO7flE1m7N (4,700)
and the green button keeps spinning

I tested on Firefox and google chrome

Hey @moustaphaosman, thanks for posting and using Zoom!

I just tested and it worked. Make sure you are providing the client_id and client_secret of your Chatbot development or production credentials.

Also if you could share a screenshot of the error that would be great!

Add https://zoom.us as your redirect URL in your app settings and try again. :slight_smile:

I changed the " Redirect URL for OAuth" to https://zoom.us and now I cannot install the app from " Test the App Locally" screen
