Existing RTMS app suddenly lost meeting content permissions

Hi I have an app built on RTMS that was working till yesterday. I made some changes and installed it again, and now the meeting content scopes like audio, transcript, video are gone.

Now the app no longer sends the RTMS webhooks, nor does it send meeting content to my server.

When I try to start RTMS stream via API for a meeting, I get a 403 error: {“code”:13262,“message”:“The app ‘<REDACTED_CLIENT_ID>’ is not authorized to access meeting content. Please add it in the Allow apps to access meeting content setting in the Settings page of the Zoom web portal.”}

But in the settings, when I try to add apps to auto-start, the dropdown doesn’t show my development app anymore.

I am on Pro plan.

Please help. I need to continue development since I have commitments.

Sorry I made a duplicate post at /existing-app-in-beta-suddenly-cant-see-meeting-content/136794. Please feel free to close either one. I made this new one because I thought pro account might get a faster response :slight_smile:

did you find any solution that how to resolve this issue ?

Nope. And no reply from Zoom so far.

Hi @pranavgupta21
Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the app you created associated with this same account you used to log in to the Developer Forum?

Hi Elisa.

I am using the same account which I made to create the zoom developer app.

We have a paid pro account and will need resolution to this issue ASAP.

It worked last week and suddenly stopped working this week, which is making my work tough.

Hi Elisa, yes! This is the same account
