Hi team,
I am developing an prototype using Zoom RTMS. I have created a General App, added RTMS-related scopes, configured the webhook endpoint, completed Local Test authorization, and had the Zoom Developer Pack credits.
However, when I try to start RTMS via the API, I receive this error:
code 13262: The app is not authorized to access meeting content. Please add it in the Allow apps to access meeting content setting in the Zoom web portal.
In my Zoom web portal, “Allow apps to access meeting content” is enabled, but I cannot find my General App in the list of apps that can be selected for meeting content access or auto-start.
Could you please advise how I can activate or approve this app for RTMS meeting content access during development?
