In the many meeting I have within my organization, I have participants across time zone. I don’t always know where they are but try to know where they are from before the call.
Describe the solution you’d like
It would be great to have a way to temporarily or turn on/off a feature that would inherit the time zone of the machine that the participant is on. Knowing the timezone/local time would be helpful in connecting with the participant and in planning future meetings.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
It is tough to know locale / location without consulting our own internal people directory which is several clicks aways. This is cumbersome for larger meetings
Additional context
This information should be readily available within the Zoom interface and can be interpreted quickly by the Zoom client which receives it. Making it available during the call would be very helpful. Thank you.
