Fetch recordings of a meeting is free?

Hi, I want to fetch recordings of a past meeting. Is this zoom Api available for free plan.
I am not able to find Record on Cloud option.

GET

/meetings/{meetingId}/recordings

You must have a plan with cloud recording to use the cloud recording APIs.
