Format token JWT when create jwt token from server to join session for web and mobile

Hello all, I’m trying video sdk intergate to your system.
I see, When I create token from server with user_identity with length <= 16 character, mobile with zoom instant app demo can join session, if user_identity length > 16, join session fail
Please provide correct format of create token with all field in payload, thanks u

Hi @thinhphoho01, thanks for using our SDK.

The user_identity field is in fact limited to 16 characters. We are working on updating our documentation to reflect this limitation.
