From host click to open a window on participant screen

Hi,
I need as a host to do the following:

  1. Add custom icon in toolbar after the (show participants)…only for host
  2. That icon if clicked it will open a window in host and for all participants
  3. The window will open a form to vote…that form will be a web app that i will develop
  4. If clicked on that icon again it will hide the window from all participants

Please guide me how i can do it for windows sdk

Thanks for the post. The Windows SDK does not support customizing the toolbar. Thanks!
