General App in development does not show up in Zoom desktop client

Description

I created General App App Marketplace for development. It shows up on App Marketplace with status Draft and activation state “–”. When I start my Zoom desktop client (on a Mac) I cannot find the app, or find any way to load it. It is definitely installed in my account and I am definitely using the same account for the app and for the Zoom desktop client.

This issue resembles the one reported at Zoom App in development not showing as installed and do not show in Zoom client .

How To Reproduce

  1. Log into marketplace.zoom.us with your Zoom account.
  2. Create a General App. Make sure every screen on the Development tab has been completed.
  3. On the “Local Test” screen, press the Install App button if necessary.
  4. Open the Zoom desktop client. Ensure that you are using the same Zoom account as step 1.
  5. Click on the “Apps” icon in the left hand navigation panel. Look for the app.

In order to see an app in the Zoom client, you need to create a Zoom app. If you’re creating a Zoom App and you’re not seeing it in the Zoom client, then please let us know. Please read more information about this here: Create a Zoom App - Zoom Apps - Zoom Developer Docs

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I definitely created a Zoom App and I am not seeing it in the Zoom client.
