I have a Zoom App in development currently showing as in draft and shareable internally within my organisation. Until a few days ago, I was able to complete the oauth flow for both the production and development client id and my app would show in the Zoom marketplace “Added Apps” as installed in both cases in the relevant tab “Apps in Production” and “Apps in Development” and it would show in the “Apps” section of the Zoom client.
Since yesterday, with the app uninstalled, when I try to install the development app again I do not see the consent screen, the oauth flow succeeeds (I get a code back and exchange successfully for a token) but the app neiter appears on the marketplace under “Added Apps → “Apps in Development” nor in the Zoom Client under “Apps”.
The production version of the app works as intended - appears in the installed apps under “Apps in Production “ on the marketplace and in the Zoom Client.
I have been looking reading up and so far nothing conclusive. I was wondering if people have experienced this and what could be the cause.
Whislt this was working with the production version, I have now the same issue with production.
The app was installed and showing as expected in installed apps on the market place and in the Zoom client. I uninstalled it successfully. Then installed it again, the oauth code exchange for token worked as intended but the app is not showing as installed and is not available in the Zoom client.
I managed to reach out to a Zoom support team member via the customer we develop the app for. They reached out to Zoom engineering confirming this was a bug on the Zoom side caused by an edge case. A fix is coming in for my app in particular on 4/18 but if you ever have something similar in the future, reaching out to Zoom is the only way to fix it as there is nothing linked to a configuration issue in the UI.
I too am having this issue on the Windows client. I am using the most up-to-date version of the client, and have tried restarting it, refreshing the My apps page, etc.
I have a Zoom app in development I am trying to do a Local test for (id: ADU6BWvmRiSSKhXT24wTEA). I installed the app, but when reloading my Windows Zoom Workplace client (which uses the same account as my developer one), “My apps” still shows as empty.
Btw, when I get an error when trying to add media to a post.
