Get Error message when integrate with zoom api (Create meeting)

Description
I receive the below error while I’m creating zoom meeting using dot net MVC
I have two meeting account one of the free and the other is licensed
When I add the credential of the free one it works fine
but when I add the license one I got the below error
Error
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
