Thanks for the post. macOS Catalina requires all apps to be notarized by Apple. So for the application that is downloaded from Github, Apple will show this alert. You may need to notarized this ZoomAudioDevice.driver, or for this particular app, you may uninstall it in Audio MIDI setup.
