Get user by email

Is there a getuserbyemail equivalent in zoom api v2? Zoom api v1 has this endpoint and I’m wondering if this is possible in v2

https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/users/user API should help. The path parameter useId can be either the ID or the email address of the user.
