Getting 403 forbidden error

Description
Dear sir,
I have installed and activated the plugin and followed the instructions line by line but when I click on “Check API Connection” I get an empty pop up and the other parts of the plugin such as ADD button and so on are not added to Zoom menu and just settings and 3 more is shown in the dashboard of WordPress.

Unfortunatelly, now I am getting 403 forbidden error making API requests for my site.
