Uptick in 403 Access to the Zoom REST API has been denied for this user Errors

We’ve started seeing a large uptick 403 errors with the message “Access to the Zoom REST API has been denied for this user. Contact Zoom Support for details.” across a variety of users.

Any help as to what may have triggered this recent change? It says to contact Zoom support, but who should do that: us as the developers or our shared customers?

Hi @ryan , which endpoints are you seeing this for, what are the scopes or role permissions associated with those users and what is the API access behavior (e.g. are they hitting the endpoint a certain number of times)?
