Are you on a free basic Zoom account? If so, your app will only have 1 request per second rate limits.

For us the error is mostly gone since Apr 12. Occurs very rarely now. Doing less than 1 request per second.

Since we still sometime receive unexpected Rate limit error (even after recent update of limits): is this being investigated? Should I provide additional logs?

Hi @tommy! Upon looking on logs for the past week I assume that remaining errors for us are because of a user hitting 100 create meeting reqs per day (as per https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetingcreate). Would it be possible for you to pass a precise reason along with a rate limit response in future?

Yes, we are working on improved error messaging. For now, you can track on your end how many meetings you have created per user.
