How do 3rd party apps show as a zoom camera

Description
We are developing a potential marketplace app with a very high profile client. The app has camera AR capabilities that we would like to have available as a Zoom camera.

Which version?
We cannot find any documentation on how to enable this.

Screenshots
For example, the Snap app camera is available for use with Zoom. How does a third party developer enable their app to be used as a Zoom camera?
