How to enable remote control for web videosdk

Description
I have been trying to follow the example on remote control in the SDK reference Stream | Zoom Video SDK for Web - 1.10.8

And I’m getting this error on stream.requestRemoteControl()
Cannot request control due to the feature is not enabled.

It looks like the remote control feature is not enabled.
How do I enable the feature?
