Please use the following API:

https://api.zoom.us/v2/accounts/{accountId}/settings

you can set “polling”.

I turn off both settings polling off but still getting POLL Menu option 

 

in side zoom app it self. Please provide solution.

you can not turn off webinar’s polling, currently Zoom doesn’t support this feature.
