How to get the live transcript of the Zoom Meeting

Hi Team,
I am trying to get the live transcript of the Zoom Meeting and perform some operations on the same in our Zoom Integrated Apps.
Can anyone please help?

I am aware that there is no direct way to achieve this, I am trying to implement the 1st option mentioned in below doc
