How To Get User Profile in Zoom Contact Center

We use this endpoint in our Zoom integration to take get a user’s profile and the user ID value to monitor for webhook events:

v2/phone/users/me

We are converting our app to work with Zoom Contact Center, and this endpoint does not work without a phone license. How do we get the user profile?

Hello George,

I believe the conversion of your API for Contact Center would be Zoom Contact Center API which provides you with the CC UserID and other details to tie into setting up your Webhook events.

This should be the missing piece you needed to complete your set up.
