I am using Component View SDK and I am facing issues while joining a meeting

I am using Component View SDK and it was working fine but suddenly it started giving error code 3110 in wc/info endpoint response. It basically asks me to go and solve a captcha. This is the URL it is asking me to go to Web SDK Captcha - Zoom but on this page there is no captcha being shown and when I click “continue”, I get following errors
