Hi all,
we went away from Skype for Business and changed to Zoom. Users are very happy, but there is one much missed feature: Chat history in Outlook. With Skype for Business, there was a folder in Outlook containing the user’s chats. The huge advantage: When searching in Outlook, this folder was included and you’d find communication content in Outlook.
Would really appreciate to have this with Zoom!
