Intermittent 404s and Missing Data Across Meeting, Past Meeting, and Transcript Endpoints

Hi Team, we are looking for some clarity on the issues we are facing with Zoom APIs

  1. /v2/meetings/<meetingId> endpoint is returning 404 for multiple zoom meetings. Some samples: 93350088984, 92517501021, 92666793157, 93356790012. The endpoint past_meetings/<meetingId> for these meetings returns an empty array as well. ({"meetings": [] } ) Can you help us understand the cause?

  2. For certain meetings, we aren’t able to fetch transcripts from /meetings/<meetingUUID>/transcript endpoint. Please share the possible reasons when this might happen. Sample meeting UUIDs: J0UZ2J0qQ1yXxRCNlMOYlg==, 6R2MCIaYQ6KQTbjARRhGTQ==

  3. What are the different scenarios wherein meetings/<meetingId>/recordings will not return a 200 response apart from the cases where a meeting wasn’t being recorded?

Moreover, we have observed the rate of non-200 responses rising up as we try to fetch transcripts which are further back in time.
