Internal Error while joining meeting using Web SDK

I am trying to integrate Web SDK in an ionic angular project. I am getting ‘The server encountered an internal error and was unable to process your request. Error Code 1’.

This happens only when I am trying to access meeting created under a different account rather than my developer account.

Is there any restriction that we could only join meetings created on the developer account ?

Hey @dorairajs,

Can you please share your code Web SDK snippet, and signature to developersupport@zoom.us?

Due note that you cannot start external Zoom meetings with the Web SDK. You can only start meetings you own, or join any internal or external meeting.
