Invalid JWT Token

Description
I have followed the steps for activating the JWT authentication for the API, but apparently every request I make is invalid due to an invalid token. I have tried using the JWT provided on the app page, but with no success. After browsing the forums, I have seen that this may be a caching problem, but I have waited a day and it has not been resolved.
