If none of the “rejected invite” webhooks are firing, it’s possible there’s a glitch or some undocumented behavior on Zoom’s end (wouldn’t be the first time). Since you mentioned other webhooks are working fine, that rules out endpoint issues. The missing documentation for “Invited party rejected a meeting invite” sounds suspect, though.
I’d try hitting up Zoom support directly to clarify if that webhook is actually functional or just a placeholder. Sometimes they’ll quietly drop in fixes without an update in their docs. Meanwhile, maybe set up a workaround to track invite declines another way, like via a custom tracking link or response field. Not ideal, but it could hold you over if the Zoom webhook remains a ghost. Good luck!
Hi @gianni.zoom, I haven’t received a ticket number.
I had to submit the bug via the “Report Problem” in the app. This is due to the lack of an option for bugs on a web ticket, and any dev ticket being under premier support.
Could you point me in the right direction if using the app was the incorrect thing to do?
Hi @matthew7 I opened one up one your behalf with your email. The number is TS1509470. Please link the documentation in the thread there and correspond with support. Thank you!
