Is there an equivalent call to `SetActiveVideoUserChangedCB` in the Web SDK?

In the native SDKs, e.g. Electron SDK, you can call SetActiveVideoUserChangedCB which to figure out the active speaker. I perused the Web SDK and didn’t find anything of the sorts. Is it possible with today’s SDK? Will it be possible with the fully customizable Web SDK, if so, when is that out?

We currently do not have that feature in the Web SDK.
