Issue: Authorization Scopes Not Visible (User-Managed General App)

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue with authorization scopes not appearing during the OAuth authorization flow for my User-Managed General App.

Problem Description:

  • I have configured the required scopes.

  • However, during the authorization step, the consent screen does not display the configured scopes.

Expected Behavior:

  • During authorization, Zoom should display the list of requested scopes to the user on the consent screen.

Are you still having this issue? are you seeing this issue when authorizing your app in Development mode or is this an app thats published in the Marketplace?

Yes, I am still facing the issue. I have tested the app in both Development mode and Production (published app requested mode), and the same issue is occurring in both cases.

were you able to get this resolved? I have something similar happening where the scopes i assigned do not show when generating the accesstoken, instead it lists a few Marketplace scopes.
