Issue with Webhook Setup in Zoom – Unable to Validate URL

I am writing regarding an issue I’m encountering while setting up a Webhook for events in Zoom. I am trying to set up a Webhook to receive updates on webinar registrations (and other events such as webinar start and end) through Make (Integromat), but I am facing difficulties with the URL configuration for the Webhook.

During the setup of my Zoom app (using the “Webhook Only” app), I followed these steps:

  1. Created a Webhook Only app.
  2. Configured the list of events I want to track (such as Webinar Registration, Webinar Start, Webinar End).
  3. The issue I am facing is: I am embedding the URL of my Webhook from Make into the app settings in Zoom, but Zoom is unable to validate the URL, even though I am receiving the information back in Make as expected.

I am receiving the full information in Make, but Zoom is not able to perform the URL validation. Could you please help explain the issue and guide me on how to configure the Webhook so that the validation is successful?

I would appreciate clear instructions on how to set up the Webhook correctly in Zoom and resolve the validation issue.

Hi, thanks for the answer, you claim that MAKE has a firewall that blocks my verification request.
Is it really our fault? Is there a solution you can suggest to solve the problem?

In the webhook log it looks like no requests were sent at all.
