Experiencing an issue validating your domain upon creating a webhook app

We are running an LMS system integrated with Zoom. We were using webhooks but as per Zoom’s latest webhooks, and validations policies everything is stopped as I’m unable to validate the URL already considered the documentation but didn’t find a way out. PHP language we are using for endpoint URL function.

Where I can see the response to this request send? It’s not in the Call logs.

when you manually trigger the endpoint validation, you should be getting a challenge request to your endpoint
