Has the meeting 976816173 from under your account been deleted? Can’t seem to find it.

              I was created the meeting via API and ended it by clicking the zoom link  " end Meeting" and retrieved the details by using the same.Could you please find the exact reason for the issue

Hello, 

It seems like the meeting was permanently deleted as the join url wont even work. We tried looking at the account and was unable to find the meeting as well. Can you try creating another meeting and running the report API?

Hi,

     This meeting was created only to POST this Issue. From our end,we are not deleted any meeting,then how come it permanently deleted without any reference?. Is this issue related to HIPPA ?.  Please confirm I need ended meeting details like duration.Please check whether is this related to HIPPA server.

I don’t think this is related to HIPPA. Do you see the meeting within your Zoom.us portal?

                     If it is not related to  HIPPA , please find its reference for the unavailability of report details form your end. We have a Pro-account (shah@zhservices.com) and is upgraded with the quote, API200HIPPA. The integration of zoom via  API  is done in our system using the same account.

    From our end, we are provided all details regarding the account and meeting payloads. Please help us to get the report details of the ended meeting.
