Issues With App Approval Process

I’ve been trying for weeks to get a production version of the app on the App Store and I consistently run into delays and issues despite the fact we have built ontop of Recall.ai (a solution you’ve approved hundreds of times).

There’s no direct way at all to get on a chat with Zoom developer support and the support docs are very unclear. We’ve been waiting for days now and every time the reviewer comes back with something small like “upload more screenshots” instead of reviewing the entire thing and giving us all the changes to make in one go which would be way more efficient.

There’s zero urgency from Zoom’s side either. There are days of delays between reviews. Not having the app on production is a critical issue for our customers and we’re extremely frustrated after submitting 6 times with very little support.

What can we do here? Who can I reach out to? Is there anything you can do to expedite it?

Hello,

I do understand the frustration, but I’ll give you a timeline. Please see below

We Received a resubmission that we will address within our 72-hour SLA.

I went through to create an audit under the impression we made a mistake somewhere when you mentioned you’ve been going through the review process for weeks when it’s only been in the Review for Publishing Queue for about a week because our team only works Monday through Friday no weekends or US Holidays.

Zoom resources like a CSM, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Account Executive can submit a request for an expedited review. You are welcome to contact any of those resources associated with your account.
