I’m integrating the Zoom SDK into our custom app, and I’ve noticed a recurring problem: whenever a participant starts screen sharing, the audio from other participants sometimes cuts out or drops intermittently. This happens across both Windows and Mac clients, and only seems to affect live calls, not recorded sessions.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Are there recommended settings or workarounds in the SDK to maintain stable audio while screen sharing? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this is affecting user experience significantly.
