Whenever i click on join meeting screen goes blank please look into it

Hi Guys,

We have generated sdk keys from zoom and used it in app.For joining a meeting it worked well and suddenly it has stopped working may i know the reason.

My friend has the same problem. When she tries to join a meeting (when she clicks the link or types in the ID and password), her screen goes white. How can she fix this?
