Our sales ops director needs to be on the VPN often and today he must disconnect to join Zoom meetings. Is there a way around this somehow?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the forum! Is your director seeing an error when trying to join when connected to the VPN? If so, could you share it here, please? Also, I’d check and make sure your VPN does not block the domain and IP mentioned in https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683-Network-firewall-or-proxy-server-settings-for-Zoom .
