Joining meeting timeout Problem

Hello, there is a problem occurred sometimes during the meeting, the zoom suddenly kicks out the host and show the following message “Joining meeting timeout”

Joining meeting timeout.

1.9.7

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Through the meeting, zoom suddenly kicks out the host and members.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. When this happens, is it in the middle of a meeting? Are there any steps I can take to reproduce it or a certain amount of time to wait before it happens?

It happened in the middle of a meeting, until 7-7-2021 every thing was working perfectly, then several problems started to appear.

SBOX_FATAL_MEMEORY_ERROR
STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
JOINING MEETING TIMED OUT

We updated the SDK code and synced it with the newest sample 1.9.7, but still the same.

Hey @fasih,

Have you had a chance to submit a ticket for these issues by emailing developersupport@zoom.us? We can set up a meeting and investigate these issues further. When it comes to the SBOX OOM error, I have a ticket in with our engineering team right now to investigate those issues.

If you’re able to provide any potential factors or steps to reproduce the issues that should help to debug the cause.
