Keep the VideoSDK Swift Package Up-To-Date

Please, please, please… make it part of your release process to keep the VideoSDK package up-to-date. It constantly falls behind your releases.

Swift Package Cannot be Referenced by Semantic Version

Description Currently, the SPM (swift package manager) version of the iOS SDK is only available via a git branch (GitHub - zoom/zoom-video-sdk-iOS at swift-package-manager-main). This makes it hard to keep a semantic reference to a specific version. Please merge that branch into main so that the released versions (tags) can be used throughout the swift package ecosystem.

Oh look… another release noted in the change log (1.13.5) Video SDK - iOS Changelog - Zoom Developers, and another release left behind on the Swift package.
