Language settings not working when webinar is not started

Description
We are using Spanish language and everything is translated as expected once the webinar has started but the “Joining meeting timeout” warning and its buttons (Retry and OK) are not translated if the webinar has not started yet.

Which version?
This happens with 1.7.5 and 1.7.7
