Per the response to a question I posted, I’m adding a feature request to allow end-users to be able to choose whether apps that subscribe to recording completed events get notified of the recordings.
There is a recurring request among our customers that they want certain meetings recorded in their Zoom account, but not imported into our app. There is no method to accomplish this right now.
The workarounds suggested in the other post (create a separate Zoom account, create an app that doesn’t subscribe to the webhook, uninstall the app before recording) are not applicable for our use case, which is an enterprise application where end-users have no control over their accounts.
