Lost audio output during a meeting

During a meeting the speaker lost his audio output. The participants can still hear him

The speaker lost his audio output during meeting and I was wondering if you guys can help me find out if its user fault or issues with zoom. I can provide the meeting id.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Just to clarify, do you mean that they were no longer able to select their audios devices? Any information on the issue that you saw will help to determine the cause.

Based on what I know so far, it does sound like an issue that’s related to their device.

Hello Max,

Their devices remained connected - just that at some point they lost audio output, so the attendees could still hear them but they couldn’t hear the attendees responding. This happened to at least two speaker.

It’s possible this was related to an intermittent issue with the network or with Zoom itself. Without steps to reproduce the issue, it’s difficult to advise from here. If you see this happen again, please reach out to us with any information that may be related to the issue you’re seeing.
