The current functionality of the LTI Launch is to create a token and pass that token off to the client for authentication. This process works well when the user is able to use the full clients for mac, pc, chromebook or the app based clients. This process does not work when the user needs to select the web client. When this occurs the token information is not passed along to the link to use the web client.
Story:
As a student that is launching the Zoom Pro LTI in my LMS I want the ability to seamlessly authenticate to the Web Client when I cannot use a full client so that I am able to easily and seamlessly get into my online courses while not installing a plugin that may be blocked by my institution.
