We are preparing the 1BB Community user-managed OAuth app for Zoom Marketplace review. Our OAuth callback and webhook endpoints use a Convex-managed HTTPS hostname under convex.site. Convex owns and manages the convex.site root domain, so our company cannot add a root DNS TXT record, upload Zoom’s HTML file to the convex.site root, or add a meta tag to the root domain. The specific HTTPS endpoints are part of our production Convex deployment and are controlled by our application.
Our separate company domain, 1bbcommunity.com, has already been successfully verified through Zoom’s HTML-file method.
How to reproduce
1. App type: User-managed OAuth app.
2. On the Publish page, choose Verify for convex.site.
3. The self-service options require control of the provider-owned root domain.
4. Select Request manual approval from Zoom Support.
