Manual domain verification request — app hosted on Render.com and GitHub Pages

Hi Zoom Marketplace team,

I’m submitting a Zoom App called “Meeting Proxy” and need manual domain
verification for two managed hosting platforms:

  1. onrender.com — my app backend is hosted at
    meeting-proxy-agent.onrender.com (Render.com managed cloud hosting)

  2. github.com — my documentation is hosted at
    Meeting Proxy | ai-autonomous-agents via GitHub Pages

I don’t have DNS control over the root domains as these are third-party
managed platforms. I can verify ownership of my specific subdomains via
meta tag or file upload if subdomain-level verification is supported.
