Hi Zoom Marketplace team,
We are preparing our OAuth app “Fixie” for Marketplace submission, and we need to verify our domain: fixie.digital
The self-serve verification flow is broken for our account: when we click Verify and select ANY of the verification methods (DNS TXT record, HTML file, or meta tag), the panel immediately returns “Bad Request” and the verification secret is never generated. This happens in multiple browsers and incognito sessions, since at least August 10.
Domain details:
Domain to verify: fixie.digital (we own it; DNS is fully under our control in Cloudflare)
Subdomains in use by the app: app.fixie.digital (web application / home) and api.fixie.digital (OAuth redirect and webhook endpoints)
We can add any DNS TXT record within minutes if you share the verification string, or we would appreciate a manual verification of the domain as described in the “Verify your domains” documentation (Manual Approval option), which is what the build flow is directing us to.
Per the panel instructions, we are creating this post so a Marketplace specialist can respond with the steps to complete a manual domain verification.
Thank you!
