I am working on a submission for our existing Marketplace app in order to provide business information for compliance with the EU DSA. As part of that, I’m required to perform a domain verification. This is identifying “learningstream.com” as the domain, but unfortunately there are some caveats for us in that process due to the subdomains involved…

We have a marketing page “www.learningstream.com” that is run by the marketing side of our business and not something I manage. Our Marketplace app communicates with the application subdomains of “admin.learningstream.com” and “reg.learningstream.com”.

I appreciate any help with getting through this step of the process. Since the hoop we’re jumping through is just to add an address, email and phone number to our listing and not any technical changes I hope that simplifies things.

Action Required: Submit information about your company to Zoom by February 17, 2025 or risk being suspended from the Zoom App Marketplace.
