Manual Domain Verification Request — Vercel Shared Domain

Hello Zoom Marketplace Team,

I am requesting manual domain verification for my Zoom Marketplace app.

App Name:
Sales Appointment Analyzer for Zoom

Production domain:
zoom-appointment-analyzer.vercel.app

The application is hosted on Vercel using a subdomain under the shared vercel.app domain.

I have full control over this application subdomain and have added the Zoom-provided domain verification meta tag to the production site’s head section.

I confirmed that the verification meta tag is publicly accessible in the production HTML.

However, Zoom’s automated domain verification returns the following message:

“Verification attempt failed. Please try again.”

Because the root domain vercel.app is owned and managed by Vercel, I do not have access to the DNS zone for the root domain.

Could you please assist with manual domain verification for my Vercel-hosted application?

I can provide any additional information required to demonstrate control of the application and subdomain.

Thank you.

Hello,

I’m following up on this manual domain verification request.

The domain verification is currently the only item blocking submission of the app for Zoom Marketplace review.

The Zoom verification meta tag remains deployed and publicly accessible on the production site, but automatic verification continues to fail because the app is hosted on a Vercel-managed shared domain.

Could you please advise on the next steps for manual domain validation?

Thank you.
