Markeplace manual domain validation or remove a third party domain incorrectly added to our application

We are looking to submit our application for production approval. We have submitted all documentation, we have beta approval and have tested that the app works.

However I am unable to submit the application for final production approval because recall.ai is listed as a domain that we need to verify.

Recall.ai is a third party service that provides an API that we use. It adds a transcription bot to a Zoom call, and then we get a feed from the bot. We included information about recall in our technical documentation for you, and it looks like this was then added as one of our domains by the reviewer.

So it is not possible for us to verify that we own this domain, because we don’t own it. We don’t expose any recall.ai domains to end users. It’s just used by our application back-end via their API.

Could you please either remove the domain from our marketplace app, or manually approve it for us?

The application ID in the URL for our marketplace app is Tcc1tkUbRvWxH4N8NbAAAQ.

Thanks in advance,

Stef

hi @dev-frontier ,

Welcome to the community.

your main domain you need to submit is the one where you app is located.
Recall.ai would be added in your domain allow list.

You can not submit an app for a domain you don’t own.
Zoom have to approve the app and you don’t own it.

if you want to use it yourself only then you could use it in development mode

all the best

John
